How to replace a set of Table Tents

Overview: The purpose of this document is to demonstrate how to swap out an old set of Radius Networks Table Tents with a new set.


Step 1: Remove the new Table Service smart tents from the box(es).

Step 2: Place the old (used) Table Service smart tents in the same box.

Step 3: Affix the prepaid return shipping label (included in the box) to send the old Table Service smart tents back to Radius Networks.

Step 4: Once the old tents have been packaged up and removed from the store, pull the two battery tabs from the underside of the new Table Service smart tents to turn them on (see picture below).  Please note that if the old Table Tents remain in the store after the new Tents are activated, the system may generate reporting errors since there may be duplicate tent numbers in the store at the same time.


Step 5: The new TSS smart tents are now ready to be used. No additional setup is needed.
