I am unable to find and connect to the RadBeacon USB or Tag using your app. Help?

Once your RadBeacon USB has been plugged in, or your RadBeacon TAG has been activated, the beacon will broadcast in configurable mode for an initial window of 30 minutes. If you are using the RadBeacon Config App to detect and configure your beacons, and are unable to recognize or access your beacons, it is likely that this configuration window has lapsed.

Configurable mode can be re-initiated for RadBeacon USB beacons by removing and restoring power to the device.

For RadBeacon Tag beacons, configurable mode is re-initiated by removing the beacon’s plastic enclosure and firmly pressing on the button found next to the coin-cell battery holder.

Once configurable mode has been re-initiated on your RadBeacon, it will remain in configurable mode for 30 minutes or until you lock the device again.

I STILL can't see my beacons!

If you've cycled power to your beacon and are still unable to recognize it using the RadBeacon Config App, you may be experiencing the results of an iOS bug that affects proximity ranging. Apple is aware of the problem and promising a fix. You should try turning off Bluetooth and then turning it back on again. If that doesn't fix it, try resetting your phone by holding down the sleep/wake button and the home button until the phone powers off. On restart the problem should be corrected.

    Hi, I'm also having the same problem, Unable to detect. I tried using iPhone 6 and iPhone 5s too. Don't know what's going on there? Can you help me with this please?

    This is all very iffy. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. Why not show me the reason that it couldn't connect, instead of saying "some other error"
