Can I exchange a faulty beacon?

Every Radius Networks beacon has a one year warranty. If your beacon stops working within a year of purchase, please reach out to us at support@radiusnetworks.com for exchange instructions. We will be happy to exchange beacons that are still within warranty. However, we will not be able to accept returns for beacons that were purchased greater than 30 days from the request date.
