Error Message - "Either the beacon is not configurable or cannot be connected for some other reason"
To fix this error, please follow the steps below:
- Force close the application and any other BLE apps (like Locate, fitbit, etc.)
- Turn the bluetooth on your phone off and back on
- Put your beacon in configurable mode (Dot, USB, or X4)
- Reopen the RadBeacon Config app and scan for your beacon again
